All jewellery offered by Hira Jewels is made to order unless specifically stated otherwise.

As each product is individually manufactured after confirmation of order, minor variations in weight, finish, stone placement, dimensions, texture, colour tone, and appearance may occur. Such variations are a natural result of the manufacturing process and shall not be considered defects.

The final weight of the jewellery may vary slightly from the approximate weight mentioned in the catalogue or on the website. The final payable amount shall be calculated based on the actual finished weight and applicable rates at the time of order confirmation.

Production timelines may vary depending upon design complexity, quantity, availability of raw materials, labour conditions, and other factors. Any timeline communicated by Hira Jewels is only an estimate and shall not be treated as a guaranteed delivery commitment.

3. NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, NO CANCELLATION

Due to the nature of the metal, custom manufacturing process, and made to order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is received, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Hira Jewels does not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Change of mind
* Delay in personal requirement
* Difference in perception of design, colour, finish, or size
* Minor manufacturing variations
* Fluctuation in gold, silver, or metal rates
* Incorrect order placed by the customer

4. METAL RATES AND PRICING

The prices of jewellery are influenced by prevailing gold and silver rates and may change without notice.

Hira Jewels shall not be responsible or liable for any increase, decrease, fluctuation, or market movement in gold, silver, or other metal rates before, during, or after the order process.

All pricing is determined in accordance with internationally accepted and globally prevailing standards for metal valuation, manufacturing, and finishing.

The rate applicable to your order shall be the rate prevailing on the date and time when the order is confirmed by Hira Jewels and the required advance payment is received.

Any quotation, estimate, or approximate price shared prior to confirmation is indicative only and may change.

5. ADVANCE PAYMENT

An advance payment is mandatory for all orders.

No production shall commence until the prescribed advance amount has been received and acknowledged by Hira Jewels.

The balance amount, along with any additional charges arising from actual finished weight, taxes, shipping, packaging, or other applicable charges, must be paid before dispatch.

Failure to make the required payment within the specified time may result in delay, suspension, or cancellation of the order.

The images, videos, renders, and illustrations displayed on our website, social media pages, catalogues, brochures, and advertisements are for representation purposes only.
